My Phone Number Is Not Accepted

If you’re having trouble entering your phone number, don’t worry — this is a common issue and usually easy to fix.

Why This Happens

  • Incorrect format: Make sure you’re entering your number in the correct international format (e.g., +1 for the US, +44 for the UK).
  • Extra characters or spaces: Remove any spaces, dashes, or special characters unless the app specifically allows them.
  • Unsupported number type: We only accept mobile numbers, not landlines or VoIP numbers.

  • Restart the app: Closing and reopening the app can resolve temporary glitches.
