Can I add additional emails?
We understand that many people use several email addresses — and we've got you covered. The Identity Protection feature allows you to add extra emails so they're all monitored for breaches and threats.
👣 How to Add or Edit Additional Emails
- Open the Control+ app and go to the Home screen.
- Tap Identity Protection.
- Select Edit your emails.
You can add up to 3 additional email addresses, and they will automatically be included in your Identity Protection coverage.
If the email address is already linked to another Control+ account, the accounts must be reviewed before the emails can be set up under one principal account. Contact support with the email addresses, payment or subscription details, and the email address you want to keep as the principal account. Do not create another subscription while the accounts are being reviewed.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple are managed by Apple and cannot be merged, modified, transferred, or canceled by Control+. Check your Apple subscriptions directly; to cancel, open iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Control+ → Cancel Subscription. Apple refund requests can be submitted at reportaproblem.apple.com.
