How to add a family member?

With Control+, you can protect your loved ones so everyone stays safer online together.
The Family feature is available as a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically. Your family members will have access for as long as your subscription lasts, with no additional payment required.

👥 How to Add Family Members

Open the Control+ app and tap Family in the bottom navigation menu.
Select an available member slot and enter their email address and phone number. Make sure the email address is entered correctly, because the family member must use this same address to join.
Tap Register to send the invitation.

Each family member will receive an email invitation to join your Control+ protection.

📬 If they don't see the invitation, ask them to check their Spam or Junk folder.
✉️ If the invitation is not going through, verify that the email address was entered correctly. If the family member already has an account, they should choose Log In in the app rather than Sign Up. A family member receives their own individual account, which is normal, and it will connect to your Family plan.

Activating a Family Member's Protection

Once they receive the invitation, they need to:

✅ Accept the invitation
✅ Install the Control+ app on their phone
✅ Sign in using the email address you registered

Their account will automatically connect to your Family plan.

✅ Choose Log In, not Sign Up, and use the exact email address registered for the invitation
✅ Complete their personal information and enable the protection features in the app

Their account automatically connects to your Family plan. Each family member has their own individual Control+ account and app access; this is expected.

💡 Tip: You can manage or remove family members anytime by going to Family in the bottom navigation menu.
