Here is how to add your additional email:

Please go to your account --> Home --> Scroll to "Identity Protection" --> "Edit your emails"

You can add 3 more emails; they will also be protected and monitored in "Identity Protection".

How to protect my family?

| With Control+, you can add 4 family members : Please go to your account --> Home --> Family --> Add up to 4 family members --> Click "Register"

Once completed, your family members will receive an invitation to join your Control+ protection. All they need to do is install the Control+ app and sign in to activate their protection.

I joined Control+ and some of my emails were deleted, why?

| Please rest assured that Control+ does not have access to your email inbox, and we are not able to read, delete, or modify any of your emails.

We only use your email address as a reference to scan the web for data breaches and to alert you if your information appears in leaked or compromised databases. This helps protect you from identity theft, scams, and other online threats — but it does not give us access to your personal email account or messages.

If you're missing an important email, we recommend checking your Trash, Spam, or Archived folders in your email provider, as we don’t have the ability to delete or recover messages from your mailbox.
