Why This Happens

• Incorrect format: Make sure you're entering your number in the correct international format (e.g., +1 for the US, +44 for the UK).
• Extra characters or spaces: Remove any spaces, dashes, or special characters unless the app specifically allows them.
• Unsupported number type: We only accept mobile numbers — landlines and VoIP numbers are not supported.

• Restart the app: Closing and reopening the app can resolve temporary glitches.
