How do I set up a password for my account?
Normally, you'll be prompted to set up a password right after your purchase. If that didn't happen, don't worry — you'll receive email reminders with a secure link to complete your password setup.
If You Didn't Receive the Email
You can easily create or reset your password directly through the app:
- Download and open the Control+ app (if you haven't already).
- Tap Log In.
- Enter the email address you used for your purchase.
- Tap Forgot my password.
- Follow the instructions in the email you receive to set up your password.
