How to delete my account?
If you'd like to delete your Control+ account, you can request this directly within the app.
⚠️ Before You Delete
Please note that deleting your account will:
- Stop all active data broker removal requests on your behalf.
- Remove all your personal data and protection history from our system.
- Cancel your access to all Control+ features.
If you have an active subscription, we recommend cancelling it first to avoid future charges. See: How to Cancel Your Subscription.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Control+ app and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Account.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Follow the on-screen steps to confirm.
Alternatively, you can contact our support team directly and we'll process the deletion for you.
After Deletion
- You have 30 days to restore your account if you change your mind. After that, your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
