How do I set up a password for my account?

Normally, you’ll be prompted to set up a password right after your purchase. If that didn’t happen, don’t worry — you’ll receive email reminders with a secure link to set up your password. That link will take you directly to the app, where you can complete your password setup.


If You Didn’t Receive the Email

If you haven’t received the password setup email, you can easily create or reset your password through the app:

  1. Download and open the Control+ app (if you haven’t already).
  2. Tap Log In.
  3. Enter the email address you used for your purchase.
  4. On the next screen, tap Forgot my password.
  5. Follow the instructions in the email you receive to set up your password.
