I’m still getting a lot of spam calls

Why Spam Calls are still showing up

Even after taking steps to block spam, it’s normal to still receive some calls at first. Here’s why:

• Spammers constantly change numbers: Spammers frequently rotate the numbers they call from, so some calls may still get through even after protections are in place.
• Data broker removals take time: When you start using our service, removals from data brokers are still in progress. It can take a few weeks before you notice a significant drop in spam calls.

What You Can Do

• Share the numbers with us: If possible, send us examples of the spam numbers you’re receiving calls from. We’ll add them to our database to improve protection for you and other users.
• Keep your profile complete: Make sure your emails and phone numbers are up to date in the app. This ensures that our scans and removals are accurate and effective.
