I joined Control+ and some of my emails were deleted, why?

We understand this is concerning. Control+ is not designed to access your email inbox or modify your emails.

We only use your email address as a reference to scan for data breaches and to alert you if your information appears in known compromised databases. This helps protect you from identity theft and scams, but it does not involve any access to your email account or messages.

What to Do If You're Missing Emails

If you're missing important emails, we recommend checking the following folders in your email provider:

• Trash or Bin
• Spam or Junk
• Archived or All Mail

These are the most common places emails end up when they appear to be missing.
