Is Family Protection included in my plan?
Family Protection is included in select Control+ plans and allows you to protect up to 4 family members under a single subscription. The standard subscription provides personal protection for the account holder; family members require a Family Protection add-on or a plan that includes Family Protection. In one confirmed offer, the add-on is a one-time payment with no recurring charges, and it remains active while the main subscription is active. Pricing and availability can vary by billing cycle and plan, so check the payment page for the exact offer shown for your account.

- Open the Control+ app on your mobile device.

- Log in to your account.
- Tap Family in the bottom navigation menu.
If Family Protection Is Included in Your Plan
The Family tab will be active and show your available member slots. You'll see how many seats are filled and how many remain — for example, "1 • 3 seats left".

If Family Protection Is Not Included in Your Plan
The Family tab will appear locked. To activate it:
- Tap Unlock Now within the Family tab.
- You will be redirected to the payment page.
- Complete your purchase via the App Store or Google Play Store.
Pricing and Subscriptions
The cost depends on your current billing cycle — monthly, quarterly, or annual. You'll see the exact price for your plan on the payment page before confirming.
Once payment is processed, the Family tab unlocks immediately and you can start adding members right away.
