Is Family Protection included in my plan?

Family Protection is a paid add-on designed to keep your loved ones safe across all their devices. Because it is a paid feature, it is not included by default in standard individual plans.

How to Check if You Have Family Protection

To verify whether you have already purchased the Family Protection feature, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Control+ App on your mobile device.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Tap on the Family Tab located in the bottom navigation menu.

If You Have Purchased Family Protection:

The Family Tab will be active and accessible. You will see an option to Add Family Accounts.For a step-by-step guide on setting up your members, please refer to our article: How to Add Family Members to Your Account.

If You Have Not Purchased Family Protection:

The Family Tab will appear with a lock icon. To activate it:

  1. Tap the "Unlock Now" button within the Family Tab.
  2. You will be redirected to the payment page.
  3. Complete your purchase via the App Store or Google Play Store.

Pricing and Subscriptions

The cost of Family Protection depends on your current billing cycle. Pricing is adjusted based on the subscription plan you are using:

  • Monthly
  • Quarterly
  • Annual

You will be able to view the exact pricing for your specific plan on the payment page before confirming your purchase.

Getting Started

Once your payment is successfully processed, the Family Tab will unlock immediately. You can then begin adding members and protecting your family’s digital footprint right away.
