Can I Protect Multiple Phone Numbers?
Yes — multiple phone numbers can be protected with Control+, but the setup depends on your subscription type.
📱 Regular Protection Plan
A standard individual Control+ subscription protects:
- One primary phone number
- One user profile
This is designed for personal use on a single main number. If you change your phone number, our support team can help update the protected number connected to your account.
👨👩👧 Family Protection
If you'd like to protect multiple phone numbers — such as a spouse, children, or other family members — you'll need Family Protection.
Family Protection allows you to add and manage up to 4 protected members under one plan, each with their own individual protection.
🛡️ What Each Family Member Receives
Each family member gets their own full protection, including:
- Spam and scam call filtering
- SMS Protection (iOS only)
- Identity monitoring and breach alerts
- Data broker removal
📧 Do Family Members Need Separate Emails?
Yes — each family member should use their own email address. This keeps protections properly separated, ensures alerts reach the right person, and avoids login or account confusion.
➕ How to Add Family Members
- Open the Control+ app and tap Family in the bottom navigation menu.
- Select an available member slot.
- Enter the family member's email address and phone number.
- Tap Register to send the invitation.
📩 Didn't Receive the Invitation?
If the family member doesn't see the invitation, ask them to check their Spam or Junk folder. Alternatively, they can download the Control+ app directly and:
- Open the app and tap Log In.
- Sign in using the exact same email address that was added to the Family plan.
Their protection will connect automatically.
