Can family members see each other's data?
Your privacy is important to us. Family Protection is designed to protect everyone individually while giving the plan owner visibility over the protection progress.
🔒 What the Plan Owner Can See
When you add family members to your plan, you can see:
- Whether each member has accepted their invitation and activated their protection.
- The overall status of their protection (active or inactive).
- Their data broker removal progress — including which brokers have been processed and their current status.
👤 What Family Members Can See
Each family member has their own private account. They can only see their own:
- Identity Protection results
- Data broker removal progress
- Call and SMS protection activity
They cannot see the plan owner's data or any other family member's data.
📧 How Data Is Kept Separate
Each family member's protection is based on their own email address and personal information. Their identity protection results and alerts are completely private and visible only to them when they log into their own account.
💡 In short: As the plan owner, you can monitor data broker removal progress for your family members — but personal breach details and protection activity remain private to each individual account.
