I Thought the Charge Would Be Daily or Monthly — Why Was It Taken All at Once?

We understand this can feel surprising. Many customers initially expect to be charged a small daily or monthly amount, then become concerned when they see the full subscription amount processed at once.

💳 How Billing Works

Control+ subscriptions are billed upfront for the full selected subscription period. This means your payment is processed as one complete charge at the beginning of your plan — not split into smaller daily or monthly amounts.

Advertisements or pricing pages may sometimes show:

  • An estimated daily cost
  • A monthly equivalent

This is simply a way to illustrate the value of the subscription over time. It does not mean payments are collected daily or monthly.

📱 How to Review Your Subscription

You can check your active subscription details anytime in the app:

  1. Open the Control+ app and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap Subscription.

There you can view your current plan, renewal date, and subscription status.

🍏 Apple & Google Play Purchases

If you subscribed through Apple or Google Play, billing is managed directly by those platforms.

Apple:

  1. Open Settings and tap your Apple ID.
  2. Tap Subscriptions and find Control+.

Google Play:

  1. Open the Google Play Store and tap your profile icon.
  2. Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

👨‍👩‍👧 Family Protection Charges

If you added Family Protection during setup, this may appear as a separate charge on your statement. Family Protection is a separate add-on that enables protection for additional family members under your account.

💡 If you have any questions about a specific charge, our support team is happy to review it with you and clarify exactly what was billed.
