I need to change my payment method

Updating your payment details is quick and easy. The steps depend on where your subscription is billed.

🍎 Apple Store subscriptions

Apple manages the payment method for Apple Pay purchases through your Apple ID. To update it:

Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name at the top.
Select Payment & Shipping.
Add your new card or update your existing payment method.
Return to the Control+ app and try subscribing again.

🌐 Subscriptions billed through Stripe

You can securely manage your billing information anytime through your Stripe Customer Portal.

Go to the Customer Portal and enter your email address.
You'll receive a login link — click it to access your Stripe Customer Portal.
In the portal, you can:
- Update your credit or debit card
- Add a new payment method
- Remove outdated payment details

Your changes will be saved automatically and applied to future payments. If you're still unable to complete an Apple Pay payment after updating your payment information, contact support for assistance.
