# Where is the “Allowlist” and "Blocklist" in Control+?

Control+ has two allowlists: one for **phone numbers** (Call Protection) and one for **websites** (Browsing Protection).

## 📞 Phone Number Allowlist and Blocklist (Call Protection)

The phone number Allowlist lets you allowlist trusted numbers so they will never be blocked.

1. Open the Control+ app and go to the **Home** screen.
2. Tap **Call Protection** under **Your services**.
3. You will see options to manage **Blocked** and **Unblocked** numbers.
4. Tap **Unblocked numbers** — this is your Allowlist. Add any trusted numbers here to make sure they always get through.

If a number was already blocked, open the blocked calls list, select the number, and choose **Allow** to move it to your Allowlist.

## 🌐 Website Allowlist (Browsing Protection)

If Control+ blocked a website you trust, you can allowlist it so it always loads:
1. Open the Control+ app → \[CONFIRM: path, e.g. Home → Browsing Protection → Allowlist].
2. Tap **Add website** and enter the address, **or** open the blocked-website notification and tap **Allow** \[CONFIRM].
3. To remove a website from the allowlist, \[CONFIRM: select it and tap Remove].

⚠️ Only allowlist websites you're sure are genuine. Scam sites often copy the look of well-known brands and use addresses that are only slightly different (for example, `ebay-support-help.com` instead of `ebay.com`).

This makes it easy to control which numbers and websites can always reach you while keeping spam and scams blocked.
