# My Postcode Is Not Being Accepted

If your postcode is being rejected even though it is correct, here's what you can do.

## Why This Happens
* The app may reject postcodes that contain spaces, even if the postcode itself is valid.
* An incorrectly selected country or city can also affect postcode validation.

## How to Fix It
* Try entering your postcode **without any spaces**.
* Double-check that all letters and numbers are correct and in the proper order.
* Make sure your **country and city** are correctly selected in the app.
