# How to Edit Your Date of Birth

You can update your date of birth directly in the Control+ app at any time.

## How to Edit Your Date of Birth
1. Open the Control+ app and go to the **Profile** tab.
2. Tap **Account**.
3. Tap on the **Date of Birth** field.
4. A date picker will appear — scroll through the month, day, and year to select the correct date.
5. Tap **Confirm** to save your changes.
